Technology leader with 10+ years of experience building digital services used by tens of thousands of people. As CTO, I manage the technology function end to end: team, budget, hiring and product strategy, and I work directly with investors. I build capable teams by growing specialists from entry level, and I have worked on donor-funded and non-profit projects, including one funded by the Embassy of Switzerland and a training supported by UNICEF.

- Lead the technology function: IT budget, hiring, product strategy and communication with investors; took part in raising investment rounds.
- Led a team of 20 and restructured it into 8 of the strongest specialists; grew team members from beginners to a competitive professional level.
- Platform reach: about 2,000 hotels and tens of thousands of customers; daily bookings grew from zero to tens.
- Launched an AI assistant that finds hotels from a free-text request. First of its kind in the local market; it reduced the load on customer support, became a standalone channel of customer requests and helped secure the next investment round.
- Led the consolidation of separate native mobile and web teams (9 people) onto a single Flutter codebase, and defined the architecture of the platform's services.
- Introduced automated testing, security checks and deployment pipelines, reducing failed releases.
